Ford Mustang 1972

Mustang 1972

Since the Mustang has undergone a major restoration in 1971, the 1972 models do not see major changes in style, only minor cosmetic. Probably due to the increasing fuel economy governmental regulations, the head of all cars fell from the 1972 line. The Boss 351 and the two versions of the engine were launched 429.
During the first part of the'72, a special model 351HO offered. It included a low compression version of the Boss 351 engine, with a special high-lift cam, elevator mechanics, forged aluminum pistons, and a special 4 barrel manifold. The only "performance" which remains a model for the entire year was un'72 model Mach 1. The Mach 1, like all other models the'72, were virtually unchanged. Production for 1972 at 125,813 crowned.
